South Florida is known for its ability to cater to the young crowd, with parties and events and things to do on almost any possible day of the calendar. That is, of course, excluding Christmas Eve. Like many areas across the nation, the sidewalks are rolled up and there is much less to do than compared to that of a normal night in this party area. And with a large Jewish population here in South Florida, what is there to do?
Harry Baum, president of the South Florida Single Living, contemplated this question over 22 years ago, and came up with the Mazel Tov Ball! Catering to the large population of young single Jewish people in the area, this event has grown in numbers to over 1,000 attendants each year.
This year, the event will take place at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, at the Gryphon and Pangaea clubs. The event will begin at 8pm and run until 4am. The event takes place on December 24th. Admission at the door is $25, however, if you buy tickets online they are $20.
