Dan Marino Selling Weston Home for $15,9 Million

Its good to be Dan Marino. Besides being the greatest quaterback ever (according to this lifetime DolFan), #13 is selling his home in Weston for $15,9 million. The Mediterranean style home is 19,500 square feet with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms on over 4 acres.

How cool would it be to buy Marino’s house? How cool would it be to have $15.9 million?

Its hard to believe but Dan and his wife Clarie purchased the home for less than $400,000 in 1994. Even if they spent another $5-10 million over the years “fixing it up”, that’s still a $5-10 million profit in 12 years. Even their real estate agent could make over $750,000 on the deal.

You can see a map of his neighborhood and house values on Zillow.

I’m working on getting some photos of the property.

In 12 years price went up to 39.5 over the price in 1994. The is not right. That is price growling. Just like the price of gas.
